FIELD SUPERVISOR

Aristocrat Plumbing is a leading plumbing contractor in this area with commercial and multi-family projects running at the same time

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for job layout, personnel assignments and dealing with employee job assignments and scheduling. Will have direct contact with General Contractors

Responsibilities:
·Provide customer service and support to contractors via phone, email, and in person
·Visit different project through out the day to check performance of workers make corrections as needed. Work with the contractor to help resolve any issues that may arise.
·Keep current records of on site progress and changes
·Must have ability to travel within Lehigh Acres, FL and off site locations.
·Must be willing to drive in all weather conditions
·Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed (based on need)
·Must have good technical skills and be self-motivated
·Ensure that the position maintains a safe environment through compliance with all OSHA regulations
·Maintain records of work completed or still outstanding
·Must be able to handle multiple tasks at a time and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·Perform other duties as assigned (i.e. document work performed, keep office informed of additional work needed per project and in some cases order parts

Required Skills:

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF PLUMBING EXPERIENCE
·Excellent customer service skills required
·Tech-savvy with knowledge of plumbing building requirements
·Must have ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, climb ladders, push & pull objects up to 20 pounds, walk for extended periods of time and climb stairs; must be able to work in a confined space as well as operate industrial equipment
·A self-starter who can work independently or with a team of individuals; must have strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels of the organization.
·Must possess strong verbal skills; must be able to write legibly; must be able to use basic computer software programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
